About Me
I am a Registered Clinical Psychologist with a focus on grief and traumatic experiences. My work is grounded in evidence-based practice, with emphasis on the utilisation of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing). I have experience supporting individuals through a range of challenges, including trauma, loss, anxiety, and complex life transitions. My approach is thoughtful, respectful, and collaborative, recognising that each person’s experience is unique.
I work from a trauma-informed perspective, which means:
-
Prioritising emotional safety and stability
-
Working at a pace that feels manageable
-
Collaborating with you throughout the process
Therapy is not about “fixing” you—it is about helping you process experiences, understand patterns, and move forward with greater clarity and resilience.
